The Boulder Valley School District's (BVSD's) lawsuit contending that the Charter School Institute Act is uconstitional has gone to oral arguments in the Court of Appeals. A decision could come before the end of December. Initially cases were brought by the Poudre School District, Adams 50 School District and BVSD.
